3-Day Elimination


First Day Dinner was delicious! We started with the Asian Turkey Burger recipe, and modified it slightly by making a bed of organic spring mix and topping it with some spicy MM Local kale kimchi! The buckwheat porridge for breakfast was not a winner. Lunch was kale, adzuki beans & forbidden rice with cashew cream sauce at the Greens, Beans & Grains venue at Whole Foods - yum!

Next up: Miso Glaze Salmon with Bok Choy & Butternut Squash Fries. This one wasn't our favorite, but it was good. In hindsight, I would not broil or glaze the salmon and may use a little less arrowroot with the fish sauce on the bok choy.

Last but not least: Halibut with Rainbow Swiss Chard and Shittake Mushroom Mix. Super simple, fast and good!
