  • Projects generally take anywhere from 4 weeks to 4 months and beyond. Factors include which package is chosen, how many a la carte items are added, and is largely dependent on sticking to the content collection schedule we provide to stay on track!

  • We primarily work as a one woman show and bring a small team with only contract help as necessary from our local studio, and therefore don’t have a lot of overhead costs. This allows us to offer high level work at a great value to our clients and keeps our services much more affordable than a typical brick and mortar agency.

  • We offer invoicing on a milestone cadence and multiple options for method of payment. Charging via credit card does require that we pay transaction fees and to keep our rates more affordable, we do not inflate our prices to account for this. So, yes, we do accept credit cards, just note an additional 2.9% transaction fee will be automatically included in your invoice.

  • We pride ourselves on the “in-house” design team feel and a best-in-show brand design experience and are a small business of one {plus some contract partners here and there for specific areas of expertise}. For this reason, we limit the number of projects and clients that we take on at any one time as we are dedicated to providing an immersive approach that delivers results. You might be just another number somewhere else, but to us, you are definitely number one!

  • We welcome your input, feedback and ideas throughout the process with open arms. Keep in mind that the ultimate goal of our design service is a creative strategy that resonates with your ideal audience and aligns with the brand positioning that we unearth during the discovery phase. We keep our minds wide open for this to come to full fruition. If you are only looking for someone just to draw the exact logo that you have in your head, we might not be the right fit for you.

  • We believe whole-heartedly that telling the whole brand story is so much more than just a logo and therefore our offering looks at your business holistically in order to provide the full circle guidance you’ll need to get your ideas to the next level. Do feel free to reach out to us for recommendations if you don’t have the budget for a branding investment at this moment.

  • When it comes to designing a brand identity, it has long been considered “industry standard” in the agency world that designers deliver multiple concepts to their client. Inevitably, there is a stronger concept with two weaker concepts and thus begins a cycle of “frankensteining” and bringing personal preferences into the design process which negates all of the hard work both client and designer have put into the discovery phase to determine brand strategy. After years of seeing this happen time and time again, we have learned the hard way that taking this burden from our clients is not only more effective, but results in the greatest value we can offer as experts in our field! While there are still approval points along the way to make sure we are hitting all the targets smack dab in the center, we work the problem collaboratively from the get-go and develop a cohesive concept that puts your brand strategy and business needs in the drivers’ seat.

  • We sure do! Our platform of choice is Squarespace as it is a user-friendly interface and a great option for building a simple, functional and effective website for many business types.
